So how do you get rid of that stinky breath of yours? Well I pointed out earlier that if your mouth is dry you are most likely going to have bad breath. So the first remedy for dealing with bad breath is to drink lots of water. This will not only help make your breath less stinky but it will also benefit your health in other ways.
Next, I suggest you do not rely on mints. While mints may provide temporary relief to your breath, it may not be beneficial to your health in the long run, especially if the mint contains sugar. You may end up getting diabetes if you keep taking mints to cover your bad breath.
Another simple action you can take is to brush your tongue. Your tongue can accumulate a lot of bacteria, so it is important that you brush it. Brushing your teeth is important too, and you can consider brushing it and your tongue regularly or after every meal.
